Appointments & Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us

• Clients are advised to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling

Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥), United States Dollars ($), and Hong Kong Dollars (HK$)
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your appointment

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of deposit
• Partial or full charge for the booked service

Payments for services are generally non-refundable.
