Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Hana-Facial (“we”, “our”, “us”), we offer a range of skincare and aesthetic services, including Luxury & Premium Facials, Acne & Clarifying Facials, Organic & Botanical Facials, Hydration & Glow Facials, and Classic & Basic Facials.

Due to the nature of these treatments, payments made are typically non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.

2. Completed Services

Once a treatment has been carried out in full, refunds will not be provided.

Please note that results can vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits & Prepayments

Deposits paid to confirm an appointment are non-refundable.

However:

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new booking if rescheduled within the required notice period
  • Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation or failure to attend

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The appointment is cancelled within the allowed notice period without rescheduling
  • We are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances
  • A duplicate or incorrect payment has been made

All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

5. Medical or Skin Reactions

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions and skin concerns prior to treatment.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions where full disclosure has not been provided

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with results or skin reactions, unless caused by proven negligence

6. Treatment Suitability

If, during consultation (before the treatment begins), a service is determined to be unsuitable, we may:

  • Suggest an alternative treatment, or
  • Offer a credit or refund at our discretion

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

8. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Clients arriving late may have their session shortened or rescheduled.

Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon publication.
