Refund & Cancellation Policy
        1. General Rule
        All sales are final. Refunds are only granted under the specific cases outlined below.
        2. Refund Eligibility
        Refunds are considered only when:
        
            - The coupon has not been redeemed and is still valid.
 
            - The e-coupon was not delivered.
 
            - There was a duplicate or erroneous charge.
 
        
        Refunds will not be granted for:
        
            - Change of mind.
 
            - Failure to redeem before expiry.
 
            - Missed appointments or no-shows.
 
        
        3. Refund Request Process
        To request a refund:
        
            - Email contact@hanafacial.com with your full name, order ID, and reason for refund.
 
            - Requests must be made within 5 calendar days of purchase.
 
            - Approved refunds will be issued to your original credit card within 7–14 business days.
