At Hana-Facial (“we”, “our”, “us”), we offer a variety of skincare and aesthetic treatments, including Luxury & Premium Facials, Acne & Clarifying Facials, Organic & Botanical Facials, Hydration & Glow Facials, and Classic & Basic Facials.

As our business is service-based, “delivery” refers to how appointments are scheduled and carried out rather than physical product shipping.

2. Booking Confirmation

After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Your appointment will only be considered confirmed once:

  • You receive the confirmation message, and
  • Any required payment has been successfully completed

3. Service Execution

All treatments are performed in person at our designated location unless otherwise specified.

Services will be provided on the confirmed date and time of your appointment.

The duration of treatments may vary depending on the selected service and individual requirements.

4. Arrival Guidelines

Clients are encouraged to arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before their scheduled time.

Late arrival may result in:

  • A shorter treatment session, or
  • Rescheduling of the appointment

This helps ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

5. Rescheduling Appointments

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

We will do our best to offer a suitable alternative time based on availability.

6. Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice:

  • Your deposit may be forfeited
  • You may be charged partially or in full for the booked service

7. Service Availability

All services depend on the availability of staff, equipment, and time slots.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:

  • Operational requirements
  • Staff availability
  • Equipment servicing or maintenance
  • Unexpected circumstances

In such situations, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative booking.

  • You may be required to complete a consultation or provide relevant health information before your appointment
  • Failure to provide accurate details may lead to modification or refusal of the service
